I'm thinking primarily for Customer Support issues (but of course there is the opportunity to expand into something else here...)
We could have Skype buttons on the sidebar or the contact page that signify James, Edward or my availability, and you can call anyone online to get some instant customer support! This would be great for helping out anyone who is having trouble signing up or such.
For unequipped users, typed chat via Skype would also be possible - or is there another platform that would be more accessible for everyone?
I'd like to hear anyone's opinion about this before we renovate some of our old FAQ and About pages (we are going to include some much-requested individual contact details - apart from the faceless merspi@merspi.com email we provide and do check BTW!)
