I studied so hard for the legal studies exam, but everything I knew really well wasn't on it. I'm usually an A+ student but I really struggled.
This is partly due to having a very poor teacher, and partly due to other factors. For example, my handwriting is quite slow; also I didn't know what 'retention' meant, so I just gave the strengths of juries and said they shouldn't be abolished, but I didn't answer the question as well as I could have (I know so I'm dumb!).
Also, I did the Supreme Court instead of County Court! Anyway, if you did the exam how did u go? Also, do you have anything to say to make me feel better? :)
