You can use the ACTUAL budget outcome, by increasing the size of the structural budget deficit increases the expansionary effect on the economy. This should help to increase economic growth of which will result in a derived need for employment which should create employment opportunities and ultimately decrease unemployment.

Some specific discretionary stabilisers include:
-Increase spending on training and education (better quality labour is more attractive to employers as they are better trained etc. therefore more likely to hire)
-Subsidies to firms who hire long-term unemployed (i.e recently released convicts)
-Increase tax concessions to firms
-Lower company tax rate

Hope they helped, good luck in economics tommorow (I'm doing it as well)

:)
