Look at the prequisites for the med courses at the universities. Chemistry is a must have, i believe. Biology would be helpful but not necessary. For Monash University, they'll organise a crash course for biology on the holidays. If you want a high Atar (ie. 99.95) to increase your chance of getting into med then i suggest doing a subject that is scaled because those are the ones that will determine if you get a 99.95 or 99.9.
All the best!

I would recommend doing Methods and Chemistry, as this would keep all your options open. Biology isn't a pre-req for any Medicine course (except for some interstate ones, but the requirement us usually Chem OR Maths OR Bio afaik), but some universities such as Monash require you to do a bridging course if you haven't done it in VCE.
