Since the day you start high school, you are expected to remember tons of work, and year after year, you pretty much forget everything that you learn over the years. Is it natural to forget everything? And how can you avoid it?

Chances are you have not forgotten everything (or anything for that matter). Rather, you just have forgotten how to access everything in your mind.

If you practice your recall techniques, you should be able to retrieve anything you want to. I've heard of stories where meditation has allowed people to go back to their birth experience.
