Ok, so next year I will be in year 11, taking mathematical methods units 1 and 2. My year level coordinator said that I can study maths methods, however I did advanced mathematics (year 10) in semester 2. I didn't get the best but also not the worst results, as I have spent a lot of time trying to catch up with semester one's work. Also, I have heard that you need mathematical methods in order to become a chemist, which is something I would like to do in the future. My year level coordinator told me that I will need to work my butt off next year if I want to do very well. Anyway I just wanted to hear your opinions on this! :)
