How do I find the turning point of the following equation:

$$ y= 1/3x^4 + 2/3 $$

It is an x^4 graph that has been dilated by factor 1/3 parallel to the y-axis (does not affect TP), and translated 2/3 units upwards.

Since the turning point of x^4 is normally (0,0), the turning point of the graph of y is simply (0, 2/3)
